At The Physio Shop, we believe in customization. Our team of personal trainers is pleased to offer a choice of two membership options.

Unlimited Membership

The Unlimited Physio Training Program offers a unique combination of personal training and physical therapy. With this membership, you’ll have access to unlimited strength and conditioning sessions, along with physical therapy as needed. Your physio trainer will work closely with your physical therapist to ensure your program is tailored for optimal injury prevention and joint protection.

Here’s what you’ll get:
1 - Personalized fitness assessment and program development
2 - Unlimited strength and conditioning appointments
3 - Physical therapy assessment and as-needed sessions
4 - Ongoing health and fitness assessments (1x/month)
5 - Quarterly fitness assessments
6 - One guest pass per month

Limited Membership

If you don’t require physical therapy or feel you only need occasional personal training support, we recommend our limited membership, which also offers student and youth pricing. This membership includes a thorough fitness assessment and the creation of a personalized training program tailored to your goals. You’ll receive one training session per week to help you stay on track and make steady progress.

We even have battle ropes for a fun challenge! If you’re new to the gym, don’t worry—our welcoming staff will guide you through your workouts, ensuring you use proper form and biomechanics every step of the way.
